Tiffany Garcia, LCSW

Welcome! My name is Tiffany Garcia, and I look forward to working with you. I have over seven years of experience providing clinical services with specializations in bi-polar disorder, anxiety, and depression.

I am a native New Yorker, born and raised in the projects on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. I strongly believe that my upbringing and life experiences have shaped me in understanding how the environment can have both a positive and negative effect on the mental health of the individual and their families. Being an Afro-Latina myself, I know that having a culturally-sensitive therapist is very important to ensure that clients feel heard and supported in sessions

Bachelor's Degree in Criminology at John Jay College Of Criminal Justice, with a minor in Dispute Resolution. 

Mater's Degree in Social Work at Loyola University Chicago, with a speclization in Children & Families
